Follow these steps to experience the full workflow — from fleet admin setup to driver intake and claim export.

Open Fleet Admin

  • Click Open fleet admin above (or /demo/fleet)
  • Review the sample driver roster — Marcus Hill, Renee Ortega, and Anthony Pope
  • Tap Use sample driver to auto-fill a new driver form
  • Type the password you want to assign, confirm it, then click Add driver
  • Try deactivating a driver — note how billing stops next cycle

Use the Sample Driver

  • Open Driver intake preview — this simulates the mobile app
  • Walk through the guided flow: tractor photos, trailer, placards, roadway, other vehicle
  • Select Spill = yes to see hazmat branching — containment checklist, regulator contacts
  • Submit the report, then switch to Admin dashboard
  • Find the new incident auto-flagged by severity — export the PDF claim packet
